The staff were all genuinely friendly from the manager, who came up and talked with me on more than one occasion to the most inexperienced salesman who happened to be assigned to me. The whole process was virtually flawless. The experience was very positive. Keith Thompson did an excellent job providing us with information. We were considering another vehicle besides the VW and when we left to do one final check on that vehicle Keith didn’t try to keep us from going. Can’t say enough good about him. Laura Johnson, finance, was outstanding also although she didn’t understand the term “No” without repeating it several times…….joking. Would, and will, highly recommend your dealership. We will also drive from Silverdale to you for service.

I have been around the block a time or two in my time on this earth. I have several years of experience in the sales industry and consider myself to be a frugal shopper.
When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately greeted by our salesman., Keith, he allowed in the car, immediately got the keys, and when it started raining he ensured my fiance was not getting wet.
Then, when we told him our weekend plans he offered to allow us to test drive the car for the weekend, we were thrilled and took him up on the offer. This act is what sealed the deal in the end. We were really able to see how great a vehicle it was, and is.
So, when we returned on Sunday we were ready to buy that one, or the one on the showroom floor.
He was able to get us what we wanted on payment and we took the new one! Had it not been for his level of professionalism and no pressure sales we would not have bought a car.
Keep this going!!!!!

I have purchased many cars before but I have to say that Bill Lucas is not just a salesman. He goes above and beyond to make sure your experience at the dealership is a great one.
